1. Maintenance of ingredients
According to the aluminum alloy anodizing production process, after producing a certain amount of aluminum material, it is necessary to analyze the alkaline corrosion solution. The aluminum ions in the alkaline corrosion solution reach as high as 120-130 g/L, while NaOH remains between 40-60 g/L. Due to the addition of additives composed of various substances in the alkaline etching tank, the content of NaAlO2 in the solution reaches 350-400g/L. The alkalinity of the alkaline etching solution is strong, and the content of aluminum ions is very high, all of which belong to the normal range. However, during the production process, we must check the concentration of the components in the tank liquid every day. Once it is not within the normal range, even if the production is normal, additives or sodium hydroxide should be added in a timely manner. Otherwise, when Al (OH) 3 crystal nuclei are formed, it is easy to generate Al (OH) 3 precipitates, resulting in product quality problems and shortened tank liquid life. When the aluminum ions in the tank liquid exceed 130 g/L, only a portion of the tank liquid can be discharged, a portion of water can be replenished, and sodium hydroxide and additives can be used to adjust to the appropriate concentration.
Only by maintaining the concentration of the bath solution components within a normal range for a long time can the service life of the bath solution be maintained and high-quality aluminum products be produced.
2. Common problems and troubleshooting methods
Over corrosion fault
If the cause of excessive corrosion is due to excessive concentration of alkali, dilution of the tank solution should be adopted to solve it. If it is due to high temperature or long time, cooling or shortening the operating time can be adopted to adjust.
Corrosion rate too slow
This type of fault is exactly the opposite of the previous fault, due to the following reasons: the concentration of alkali is too thin, the temperature is too low, or the time is too short. Therefore, the opposite method can be used to solve it, that is, adding alkali, heating up, or extending the time.
After corrosion, the product has flow marks and reflective spots
The reason for this phenomenon is that the tank liquid is contaminated with zinc impurities, and it needs to be replaced or zinc suppression additives added to eliminate it.
Sedimentation of tank liquid and agglomeration at the bottom of the tank
This is caused by excessive concentration of aluminum ions or insufficient amount of additives. The solution is to discharge a portion of the tank liquid, add water and additives; If the concentration of aluminum ions is not too high but due to insufficient dosage added to the tank liquid, additional additives can be added.
